We want to give a big shout-out to one of our exceptional team members, Jake Merideth. As the son of our broker, Tahnee Merideth, Jake has been immersed in the real estate and termite industries from a young age. Despite being just 24 years old, Jake has already achieved remarkable milestones in his career.
At 22, Jake earned his Real Estate License and quickly became an integral part of our team at Boutique Property Management. He wears many hats, including managing some of our social media presence, showing properties, placing lockboxes and signs, creating flyers, producing videos, and contributing innovative marketing ideas. His energy and creativity shine through in every task he takes on.

Despite being just 24 years old, Jake has already achieved remarkable milestones in his career.
At 22, Jake earned his Real Estate License and quickly became an integral part of our team at Boutique Property Management. His energy and creativity shine through in every task he takes on.
In addition to his work with us, Jake is also a flight attendant for a major airline, a role that ignited his passion for aviation. In April 2024, he took the leap and enrolled in pilot school, where he has already earned his private pilot’s license. Jake recently made headlines by setting a record for flying solo with the least amount of training hours in Orange County. If he continues on this path, he is on track to be piloting commercial wide-body aircraft by the time he turns 28.
But Jake’s talents don’t stop there. He’s also a musician, playing in a band called “Surrounded by Strangers,” where he leads on vocals and also plays bass and guitar. The band has performed at several local events and has an upcoming show at the iconic Whisky a Go Go in October.
Jake is a dedicated and busy young man with a clear vision for his future, and we are incredibly proud to have him on our team. His drive, ambition, and commitment reflect the values we hold dear at Boutique Property Management Group. We are a team driven by honesty, dedication, and a constant desire to learn and grow.
