Property Inspections
We perform a Move-in Inspection on the day Tenants move in to ensure the property is in clean condition and all appliances and mechanical operation of all components work properly as expected.
Periodic Property Inspections
We perform inspections to comply with fire alarm regulations and for ongoing monitoring of the property to ensure tenants are complying with CC&R regulations. We perform a Moveout Inspection and Lease Renewal Inspections, and coordinate tenant Moveout expenses and security deposit. We do not charge you extra fees for our inspections.
Fire Alarm Inspections
We make sure your property’s smoke and carbon dioxide (CO2) alarms are inspected each 6 months to verify their sensors work (not just beep), and to see that they are less than 5 years old. This keeps your property operating legally within such fire regulations. We keep a record of each inspection we do, which you can verify at any time in your online portal.
