Tina brings a unique combination of experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for people and properties to the BPM team. A proud mother of three grown daughters and grandmother of 10 grandchildren, family has always been at the heart of Tina’s life.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Behavioral Science and spent many years working in that field before meeting her husband, who introduced her to the world of flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and property improvements. Through that experience, Tina developed a natural eye for design and a passion for seeing the potential in a property and transforming it into something beautiful.
Today, Tina is an integral part of our day-to-day operations and works alongside Tahnee to help keep properties and projects moving forward. She assists with office operations, coordinates turnovers and vendors, helps oversee move-ins and move-outs, shows vacant units, and is always ready to jump in wherever she is needed.
One of Tina’s favorite parts of the job is walking through a property from the moment a tenant moves out to the moment it is ready for its next resident. She loves looking at a space and envisioning what it can become, coordinating the work needed to bring that vision to life, and seeing the finished property come together.
Tina also enjoys showing properties and meeting prospective residents. She loves seeing a home from the tenant’s perspective and helping people find a property that feels like the right fit for them.
With her hands-on remodeling experience, eye for potential, organizational skills, and love of helping people, Tina brings a valuable perspective to our team. She truly enjoys taking a property from “move-out” to “move-in ready” and everything in between.
