We are thrilled to welcome Nathan (“Nate”) to the Boutique Property Management Group team!
A Huntington Beach native, Nate brings energy, enthusiasm, and a deep passion for personal and professional growth to his new role. He has known Jake, an integral part of our team, for years, and the two share a strong connection through their love of music. Together, they’ve performed at some of Orange County and Los Angeles’ most iconic venues, including the legendary Whisky a Go Go.
Nate’s dynamic personality, sharp mind, and drive to succeed make him an invaluable addition to our team. In his role, Nate will be heading up the maintenance operations, taking over many of the day-to-day responsibilities. He will handle property inspections, coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors, and ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved efficiently. Nate will also conduct HOA community walk-throughs, oversee safety checks, and prepare detailed reports to keep our properties in top condition.
In his free time, Nate enjoys playing in his band, spending time with friends and family, and attending his local church. His dedication to excellence and strong work ethic align perfectly with our mission, and we are excited to see the positive impact he will make at Boutique Property Management Group.
