Hello, I’m Jake, originally from the charming town of Brentwood in Northern California, nestled along the tranquil California Delta in the picturesque East Bay region. However, the pages of my life turned to a new chapter in 2010 when I found myself in the captivating paradise of Orange County, where I currently reside and cherish every single moment.

My educational journey commenced with a significant milestone: my graduation from Huntington Beach High School in 2019. Currently I find myself immersed in the captivating realm of Art History at Orange Coast College. Real Estate has always been in my blood; my mother’s lifelong involvement in the field introduced me to the intricacies of home tours and client interactions at a tender age. My grandfather, a seasoned Real Estate investor, emerged as a fount of wisdom as I eagerly absorbed his invaluable knowledge.

Fueled by an abiding passion for art and design and armed with finely-honed customer service skills, I’ve developed a deep-seated affection for Real Estate and Property Management.

Beyond my endeavors in Real Estate and Property Management, I soar to new heights as a Flight Attendant, fostering a profound appreciation for exploration and adventure. During my leisure hours, I delve into a kaleidoscope of interests, ranging from travel and voracious reading to the rhythmic strumming of the guitar. I also participate in a local band and find solace in the realm of creative writing, music composition, and the vivid strokes of painting. My culinary pursuits are equally adventurous, as I embark on journeys to discover new restaurants in Orange County and beyond. I proudly wear the badge of a foodie.
