She assists with a multitude of tasks, including maintenance coordination, billing administration, accounting, collections, social media, marketing and various other behind-the-scenes aspects of property management.
Cha has carved a diverse career path rooted in diligence and continuous learning. Her journey began with a degree in Accounting Technology, which paved the way for her transition into customer service in the US.
Cha’s work history includes a role as a lawyer’s assistant, where she thrived in a demanding environment, learning invaluable lessons in meticulousness and the high stakes of legal precision. This experience equipped her with a keen eye for detail, understanding how even minor oversights can have significant ramifications.
Transitioning seamlessly to an administrative assistant role, Cha found fulfillment in the dynamic nature of the position, relishing every opportunity to expand her skill set and knowledge base.
