Her responsibilities encompass comprehensive tenant pre-screening, proficiently managing credit reports, crafting detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for move-ins and renewals, and drafting residential property leases. She skillfully coordinates all interior and exterior inspections for new tenants and move-outs, serving as the primary point of contact for homeowner associations (HOAs) on homeowner and tenant matters.

Customer service is Bridget’s specialty, and whether she’s working with homeowners, realtors, vendors, or subcontractors in handling leasing and property management, her work ethic remains consistent—to ensure the satisfaction of Sales clients, Property Management Clients, and her Homeowners’ Tenants.

In October 2020, Bridget embarked on a new adventure by venturing into the realm of Sales transactions. This journey has been a privilege and an honor as she began assisting her current property management homeowners in selling their investments, particularly as they transitioned into retirement and were no longer interested in the role of a landlord. Over the past three years this path has further enriched her multifaceted professional journey.
